Belvedere Residence is a luxury complex with 30 single-family residential buildings, located on the land of the village of Priseltsi, Avren Municipality, Varna District. The buildings are designed in a modern style, with interior and exterior solutions combining comfort of living close to nature, clean sea air and privacy.
All buildings are south facing, as the location of the complex /village of Priseltsi - south/, offers an excellent climate with over 300 days of sunshine a year, incredibly clean and fresh air - away from the sea moisture and fog. The elevation of the plot is 190m, which provides amazing panoramic views - an oak forest to the east and west, the village of Priseltsi to the north , and the distant horizon of Cape Emine ridges to the south, with exciting sunrises and sunsets every day.

The village of Priseltsi is the largest village in the Municipality of Avren, inhabited by citizens of over 10 nationalities. A non-profit association "Green House" - Priseltsi was established seeks to unite and represent the interests of residents, organizes various initiatives to improve living conditions, mutual assistance, organizing celebrations - cherry festival, palikosh, church holiday Holy Spirit.
The project consists of 30 houses each with its own plot, located at the end of Priseltsi village next to an oak forest, with a view to the south and west and an altitude of 170 m.

FINISHING WORKS
The 30 single-family residential buildings are designed as 6 separate building types - 3 main building types described as Type A, Type B and Type C, and 3 mirroring building types Type Aa, Type Bb and Type Cc, which have opposite east-west orientations.
All the buildings consist of a reinforced concrete structure developed on 2 residential floors above ground, covered by a four pitched unusable roof.
A revision opening is provided for access to the attic space.
An accessible main entrance on the street side and parking space immediately to the building is provided for all residential buildings. There is direct access to the yard from the living room of each building.
There are 2 bike parking stands near each building.
The attic area is unusable with a height of less than 1.5m.
The façade is finished with mineral plaster. The plinth is stone-lined. Decorative pilasters, cornices and framing around the windows and along the contour of the façades are provided to further complement the façade.
The roof is four-pitched with a slope of 1:3, with the necessary thermal and hydro insulation and is covered with ceramic roof tiles. The building has a 60 cm eave on all sides. The windows are fitted with PVC double glazing frames.
